General Terms
Zeet Win (hereinafter referred to as the "Platform") is an online betting and gaming service operating under an international license. These Terms & Conditions constitute a binding legal agreement between the Platform and its users.
Please read these terms and conditions carefully before using any Zeet Win service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please refrain from using the platform.
These terms and conditions have been written in Bengali for the convenience of Bangladeshi users. In the event of any conflict with the English version, the English version shall prevail.
Applicability of Terms

Account Registration & Eligibility
The following eligibility criteria must be met to open an account and use Zeet Win's services:
- You must be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration.
- Online betting must not be prohibited by law in the country from which you are accessing the service.
- All information provided at the time of registration must be complete, accurate, and truthful.
- Each individual may only create one account.
KYC Verification
For account verification (KYC), Zeet Win may request proof of identity, proof of address, and proof of payment method at any time. Withdrawals may be held until KYC is complete. If the requested documents are not submitted within 7 days, the account may be temporarily suspended.
Account Security
You are solely responsible for keeping your account login credentials secure. Never share your password with anyone. If you notice any suspicious activity, report it immediately to support@zeetwin.best. The account holder is responsible for all activity on the account, whether authorized or unauthorized.
Financial Transactions: Deposits & Withdrawals
Deposit Policy
Deposits on Zeet Win can be made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer. Deposits are generally instant. The minimum deposit amount is ৳100 (one hundred BDT).
- Only payment methods registered in your own name may be used.
- Deposits made from third-party accounts will be rejected.
- If a deposit appears suspicious, Zeet Win may hold the funds pending investigation.
Withdrawal Rules
Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 24 hours. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500 (five hundred BDT). Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the original deposit.
- Withdrawals may be put on hold until KYC verification is completed.
- The bonus portion cannot be withdrawn until the wagering requirements have been fully met.
- If a withdrawal is declined for any reason, you will be notified by email with an explanation.
- For large withdrawals (above ৳50,000), additional verification may be required.
Betting Rules
The following rules apply to all bets placed on Zeet Win:
Bet Acceptance & Cancellation
- Once a bet is submitted, it is final. No bet can be cancelled or modified after confirmation.
- If a bet is accepted at an incorrect odds due to a technical error, Zeet Win reserves the right to void that bet.
- If an event is cancelled or postponed, bets will be refunded.
Live Betting
Odds in live betting change rapidly. The odds in effect at the moment your bet is submitted are final. Zeet Win is not liable for bets accepted at changed odds due to connection loss or delays.
Maximum Win Limit
The maximum payout from a single bet is ৳10,00,000 (ten lakh BDT). Zeet Win reserves the right to limit payouts if multiple accounts place bets on the same outcome in a single event.
Bonuses & Promotions
Zeet Win regularly offers a variety of bonuses and promotional deals. Each offer comes with its own specific terms.
General Bonus Terms
- Bonuses cannot be withdrawn directly — the specified wagering requirements must first be completed.
- Bonus wagering requirements are typically 10x to 30x the bonus amount, as specified in each individual offer.
- Bonuses are typically valid for 7 to 30 days. Any unused bonus will be forfeited once the validity period expires.
- Multiple bonuses cannot be used simultaneously unless explicitly permitted.
Welcome Bonus
New users will receive a welcome bonus on their first deposit. This bonus can only be claimed once, and the minimum first deposit required to qualify is ৳500. If multiple accounts from the same device, IP address, or payment method attempt to claim the welcome bonus, all bonuses will be cancelled.
Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited on Zeet Win:
- Money laundering or use of funds from illegal sources.
- Attempting to gain artificial profit by exploiting the bonus system (Bonus Abuse).
- Operating multiple accounts by the same person or group.
- Placing bets using software bots or automated systems.
- Attempting to access another user's account.
- Any attempt to hack or carry out a cyberattack on the platform's systems.
- Threatening or harassing other users.
- Intentionally submitting false information to claim a payout.
Account Suspension & Closure

Zeet Win reserves the right to immediately suspend any account under the following circumstances:
- If evidence of a terms violation is found.
- If fraud is suspected.
- Failure to pass KYC verification.
- Due to legal obligations.
Closed by User
You may close your account at any time. Please withdraw any remaining balance before doing so. To request self-exclusion, contact us at support@zeetwin.best.
Limitation of Liability
Zeet Win is not liable for:
- Loss of bets or failed transactions due to internet connectivity issues.
- Delays in deposits or withdrawals caused by third-party payment providers.
- If account information is compromised due to the user's own negligence.
- Temporary service interruptions caused by unexpected technical issues.
Under all circumstances, Zeet Win's maximum liability shall be limited to the amount remaining in the user's account balance.
Responsible Gaming
